Believe me, that's going pretty much maxed out. I'm lucky to ever see anything over In your book you say your max HR will increase as your fitness level increase. But I'm pretty fit, I typically run or ride 2 or 3 hours at a high level of intensity. But all this running and riding I'm finding I'm just feeling tired all the time.
That's the reason I thought I'd give this a go.
